Sorry for the lack of posts these days readers. My body has forced me to take a break from training this week. Some ass showed up to class on the weekend with a cold and had no problems sitting right beside me hacking and wheezing throughout the class. Of course, Monday morn I woke up with a scratchy throat and a burning nose.
Although I haven't succumbed to the cold, my body has been in sleeping mode all week. Almost 10 hours a day. So I guess I needed it.
Starting to get sore and achy from the lack of exercise so I am looking forward to hitting the gym today on my day off for some Zone 3 cardio. Will do me some good.
