Ouch that hurt

Yesterday's training got a bit out of control. I had only planned on one spin class followed by 2 hours of tennis. A reasonable Sunday for me. However it turned into 3 spin classes and 2 hours of tennis. All back to back.

Needless to say, my legs are shot and my right calf has seized.

Of course I have 2 more hours of tennis and a spin class scheduled for tonight. Followed by my mandatory P90X hour.

Will I ever learn?
