One of the P90X exercises is an ab workout that really focuses on the hips. My nemisis.
I was reminded the other day how soooo unflexible my hips are. When lying on your back, legs straight out and arms at your sides, lift one leg as far up as you can. Most people can get a 90 degree angle. I could barely get 45 degrees before my hip muscles seized. Not good. Pain!
Looks like I will have to do something about that. Any suggestions?
