So to compliment my already retarded training schedule for tennis, cycling and skating, I decided to begin the P90X program every alternate day. Well today was day 2. I already want to stop.
It is brutal. I am a very fit man and doing over 250 push ups in the span of 45 minutes along with other craziness had me wanting to throw up by minute 9. I will stick with it for sure but I have NO IDEA how an over weight person or an unfit person could EVER consider doing this program.
