About to enter another week of bulking. So far so good actually. I can feel the change but the visuals are still a few weeks off. I had a great food week keeping things clean and heavy on the protein side. Until last night.
I had a craving and satiated it to the max. A full bag of BBQ chips and 3 Easter Cream Eggs. Oh my.
I hope my newly developing muscles are eating up those poisonous calories and they don't make it to my love handles. *crossing fingers*
