Yesterday was my first full day back at the gym for weights.  I did the whole program except for squats.  I didn't want to put any pressure on that lower back just yet.  Took the normal time to get through it all and by the end I felt great.  Not sore at all.  I threw in 30 mins of cardio just for good measure and to loosen up the legs.

The funny thing about it all is that I can do a full 2 hours in the gym with weights but as soon as I try to walk for more than 5 minutes I have to stop and sit down.  Cycling doesn't hurt, eliptical doesn't hurt...but walking does me in.  Very strange. 

However, this is promising because at least I can get back to my weight program.  Only 5 weeks to go!
