So I have been OFF the gluten diet for 3 days.  I feel like shit. 

I didn't think there was a huge change while ON the diet but now that I am off and have been eating wheat products throughout the day I am exhausted, bloated and instantly gained weight.  It was crazy.  Plus the bathroom visits and scheduling changed right away. 

So, I will do my best to return to watching my intake.  There is just no healthy reason not to go back.  Of course I will allow myself to cheat here and there but overall, I think the pros outweight the cons.
